We would need 25 % advance payment to process the reservation, after we receive the confirmations and payment time limits from respective hotels, we would inform you on the final payment schedule, which would vary from a hotel to a hotel, Seasonality and the Destination.
Once the reservation is confirmed and the advance is received. We will send you by email /courier, a confirmation voucher detailing all the details pertaining to the particular reservation. This should be presented to the hotel at the time of check in.
The hotel confirmation voucher sent by us would have confirmation number / name of person who confirmed reservation along with the hotel phone number / contact details. You are welcome to check the status of your reservation from the hotel directly.
No, a copy of the hotel confirmation voucher issued by us is also sent to the hotel/s.

If the reservation is cancelled / modified, it is subject to terms and conditions levied by the respective hotel/s. This policy is not uniform and depends on various factors such as the seasonality, the duration between the cancellations / modifications and the Check in Date, the kind of rate on which the reservation was made, All these conditions are applied by the hotels and not Travessy.in. In case of modifications / cancellations we would charge a 10 % processing fee.
